Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order?

  • You have 6 hours after placing your order to cancel
  • A 10% cancellation fee applies
  • Email support@prideux.com to cancel
  • After 6 hours, orders may already be processing

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • After 30 days, orders are considered final
  • All returns must be approved by our team first

When You Can Return Items

You can return items if:

  • The size isn't right
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The design is different from what you ordered
  • The material isn't as described
  • You simply changed your mind

Return Conditions

Your returned items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Not be modified or altered
  • Be in their original condition

What You Need for Returns

Please provide:

  • Shipping label/receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the received items
  • Our email communications

How to Return Items

  1. Email support@prideux.com with your return request
  2. Wait for our team's response (2-3 business days)
  3. Once approved, we'll send return instructions
  4. Ship items back using a tracked service
  5. Send us your return tracking number

Important Return Details

  • You pay return shipping costs
  • Package items carefully for return shipping
  • We're not responsible for lost return packages
  • Don't return items without our approval first

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll email you to confirm receipt
  • Refund processing takes 2 business days
  • Full refund includes original shipping cost
  • Refunds appear in 10-15 days (varies by bank)

No Exchanges

  • We don't offer direct exchanges
  • Please double-check all details when ordering
  • For a different size/style, please place a new order
