Preparing Your Order
We handle each heritage piece with special care:
- Your order takes 5-7 days to prepare for shipping
- We'll email you if anything changes
- You'll get a tracking number once your package ships
Delivery Information
We're proud to offer FREE shipping to all US addresses with delivery in 5-8 days.
Important notes:
- Currently unable to ship to US military bases
- Each order ships to one address only
- No tax charged on your orders
If Your Package Is Delayed
We want your heritage pieces to reach you safely:
- Full refund if delivery takes more than 30 days
- We'll respond within 12 hours if you report a delay
- If tracking shows delivery but you can't find your package:
- Look around your home and entry areas
- Contact the shipping company from your email
- Reach out to our support team for help
Important Delivery Details
Please review your shipping address carefully when ordering. We can only fix address mistakes within 48 hours of your order.
About international orders:
- Additional fees may apply at delivery
